The hotel will illuminate pink to commemorate Breast Cancer awareness in a big way with an ceremony in the lobby to light the hotel interior pink for the month of October.
In addition, visitors can follow the hotel’s interior pink lighting to Toro Toro, chef/restaurateur Richard Sandoval’s Pan-Latin steakhouse located on the lobby level of the property. Throughout October, Toro Toro is featuring the Pink La Bomba, a pink chocolate half sphere filled with cream cheese mousse, dulce de leche, strawberry ice cream, fresh berries, cookie crumbles and vanilla and berry sauce ($32). 15% of all proceeds from sales of the Pink La Bomba will be donated to BRCAStrong, a 501(c)3 non-profit that aims to support and alleviate the emotional and financial burdens of women facing breast cancer and gynecological cancer regardless of predisposition.
